With a rich background in child welfare, substance abuse/addiction, and trauma, Charlene has worked in community mental health, treatment courts, and as part of multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate and effective support.

Charlene firmly believes that every individual is the expert in their own story. She meets clients where they are, offering a personalized approach tailored to their needs.
