Since relocating to Charlotte County she has provided individual therapy in an outpatient setting to adults, teens, and families.
Christine’s approach to therapy tends to be eclectic to meet the individual needs of the client in their process of change. She tends to utilize strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its predecessor, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to understand how thoughts impact emotions and behaviors, and believes effective mental health treatment involves integrating a holistic approach of overall well-being to include improvements in physical, mental, and emotional health. She seeks to empower clients by equipping them with tools to improve functioning.
Christine has experience working with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety related disorders, relationship issues, and situational life transitions.
